Your email address (and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile info Google shares); the holdings, transactions, and tickers you enter; and the dividend and tax figures we calculate from that data using public market and exchange-rate sources.
We process your account and holdings data because it's necessary to provide the service you signed up for (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract). Bot-protection checks during login/signup and basic security measures rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the service reliable and abuse-free (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Supabase (database and authentication) and Vercel (hosting) process your account and holdings data on our behalf, under their standard data processing terms, including Standard Contractual Clauses for any transfer outside the European Economic Area. Cloudflare provides bot-protection during login/signup and forwards messages sent to our contact email — it doesn't otherwise see your account data. If you sign in with Google, Google processes your basic profile info under its own privacy policy. A market data provider receives the ticker symbols you track, not your identity — it never sees your account, holdings quantities, or any other personal data. The National Bank of Poland (NBP) exchange-rate service receives no personal data at all — those lookups don't reference you or your holdings.
Until you delete your account. Tax-relevant records are worth keeping for at least 6 years to match typical Polish tax documentation retention norms, but that's your call, not something we enforce.
We only use strictly necessary cookies: one to keep you signed in (managed by Supabase), and one to remember whether you're using the English or Polish version of the site. We don't use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or transfer your data, and to object to certain processing. In practice on this app:
You can export everything we store about you, or permanently delete your account and all associated data, at any time from Settings. You can correct or remove individual holdings yourself from the dashboard.
If you believe we've mishandled your data, you can also lodge a complaint with Poland's data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych — uodo.gov.pl).
